At Properties (Christopher Mulka)
I started in real estate in 2012 and truly love my job. I specialize in helping my clients buy and sell condos, single family homes and multi-units in the city of Chicago. I have worked with clients in neighborhoods such as Lincoln Park, Lakeview, North Center, Roscoe Village, Lincoln Square, Logan Square, Humboldt Park, Ukranian Village, Bucktown, Wicker Park, West Loop, and more, plus a number of suburbs including Barrington and much of the North Shore.
I joined @properties in 2015 and teamed up with fellow Notre Dame graduate Brett Heulat, who has close to ten years experience in real estate. @ Properties shares our commitment to offering the most comprehensive and professional marketing, sophisticated technology, and expert market knowledge, supporting the highest standards of service and representation my clients expect and deserve. With local leadership and national and international reach, I bring results to clients wherever their buying and selling goals take them.
I graduated from Mt. Carmel High School in 2001 and the University of Notre Dame in 2005 with dual degrees in Political Science and Finance. For 8 years I traded equity options, forming my own trading group in 2010. I live in Bucktown with my beautiful wife and in my free time I enjoy golfing, reading, and wine.
You can call or email me for a price analysis of your current property or for further information on the buying process and Chicago neighborhoods. I built my success by focusing on my client’s needs, as well as making sure properties are marketed correctly in order to maximize their exposure.
