Originally focused on high-end residential and commercial projects, she developed Broad Avenue to improve the lifestyles and well-being of each client. Her organic, wellness-focused approach has propelled her to success from coast to coast. Karen also co-founded Gordon Pass Group, LLC, an owner’s representation, project management and development services firm in Naples, Florida. In addition, Karen is a successful residential real estate developer and has multiple projects to her credit, with 2 developments underway at present.
